He also spent 10 years in Hollywood as the founder and chairman and CEO of American Film Location Co., Front Street Studios, Ambassador Studios and Queen of Angels Studios. He is currently the founder, chairman, and CEO of the for profit media company BaysideLiveTV in Bayside, New York, along with administrator on 6 local Facebook group, and the founder of two small (less than $25,000 a year) local non-profit organizations that relay on donations from community members to assist participants.Though primarily funded by Sullivan BaysideLiveTV, though primarily funded by Sullivan, is not a charity, but a business where he is able to promote local business while also gaining revenue through sponsorship from local businesses.
