John Douglas "Guppy" Troup (born 18 January 1950) is a ten-pin bowler who has competed professionally since the mid-1970s. During his career on the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) Tour, he earned eight national titles, along with another 41 in PBA Regional Tour competitions.
