Gurban Ali oghlu Khalilov (Azerbaijani: Qurban Əli oğlu Xəlilov; 15 November 1906 – 20 March 2000) was an Azerbaijani politician, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of Azerbaijan SSR, Minister of Local Industry of the Azerbaijan SSR, Minister of Finance of the Azerbaijan SSR, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet and deputy of VIII–XI convocations.
