Model Gyongyi Armstrong's second husband was Jerry Plucer-Sarna - 1940s fashion illustrator and photographer, particularly for Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. He had an Italian father and a Polish mother; Gyongi was Romanian. They settled in Oyster Bay, NY. During their time there, they discovered a local girl, Dina Mori, and she went on to sign with Ford Models and had a prominent teen modeling career.
