Han Shengyan (Chinese: 韩胜延; born May 1963) is a general (shangjiang) of the People's Liberation Army Air Force and a Chinese military commander. Since December 2025, he has served as commander of the Central Theater Command of the People's Liberation Army. He is also a member of the National People's Congress Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the 14th National People's Congress.
