Harel Locker (Hebrew: הראל לוקר; born 1965) is an Israeli lawyer and civil servant. He is the Chairman of the Board at Israel Aerospace Industries He has been the Director General of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office since December 2011. He is a lawyer, licensed in Israel and New York State, specializing in economic and trade related issues.
