Harris B. McDowell III (born March 15, 1940) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Delaware Senate since January 11, 1977, representing the 1st district. He attended the University of Delaware and Georgetown University. He is the son of former Delaware congressman Harris B. McDowell, Jr., and is currently the longest-serving member of the Delaware General Assembly.
