Harris N. Miller is an American politician, businessman, and lobbyist. He is currently president of the Career Colleges Association, the umbrella government relations group for 1,400 for-profit vocational schools in the United States. He was formerly the president of the Information Technology Association of America and the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA). On June 13, 2006, he lost the Democratic primary in the Virginia U.S. Senate election to Jim Webb.
