He Shaochuan (Chinese: 何少川, May 1938 – January 22, 2019), a Chinese politician and author from Quanzhou, Fujian, who used the pseudonym Xiao Quan. He previously held the positions of Deputy Party Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Vice Chairman of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
