Helen A. Cleugh FTSE is an atmospheric scientist. She is currently the Chief Research Scientist in Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) (Oceans and Atmosphere) where she leads the Earth Systems and Climate Change Hub.
