Henry J. Menninger (1838 – 8 September 1889) was a German-American physician, pharmacist, politician, newspaper editor, and merchant. During the American Civil War, he served in the United States Army as a surgeon. He was the North Carolina Secretary of State from 1868 to 1871 and was a city official and prominent pharmacist in Brooklyn, New York in the 1880s.
