When she married Henry Koster in 1942, he promised to put her in every movie he made in the future and he did. He had a bust of her head made and it was used in all of his films after their marriage.
After marrying director Henry Koster in 1942, Moran was featured in every picture her husband directed.
With Koster, Moran had two sons Nicolas Koster (b.
August 12, 1943 in Los Angeles County, California), Peter Koster 20 October 1946. After Koster retired in 1966, the couple traveled extensively until Koster's death in 1988. On October 24, 2002, only one day after her 84th birthday, Moran died of complications from injuries she suffered after a car accident on August 26, 2002.
