Hermann Drewitz (18 September 1887 – 25 January 1955) was a German politician and baker who founded and led the Economic Party during the Weimar Republic. He held the chairmanship of the Economic Party for all but a single year of its existence (1920–1931; 1932–1933). Drewitz served in numerous elected offices over multiple periods of German history. During the Weimar Republic, he served as a member of the Reichstag between 1924–1932 and in the Prussian Landtag from 1924–1928. After World War I, from 1946 to 1955 he served on the Berlin City Assembly and the West Berlin House of Representatives.
