The Daily News was a few months out of date with its report yesterday that Jets QB Mark Sanchez is dating model Hilary Rhoda (photos), whom it didn`t even identify in its big front-page photo. The same photo, from a GQ shoot, ran in The Post last May, when Page Six first reported they were dating. Since then, Rhoda has taken up with Rangers star Sean Avery. They`ve been spotted together at Avery`s TriBeCa bar, Warren 77, and a friend of Avery tells us, "Sean and Hilary are definitely an item."
