Howard Moscoe (November 28, 1939 – May 23, 2026) was a Canadian politician who was a long-time municipal councillor from 1978 to 2010, sitting on the North York and Metropolitan Toronto Councils and then Toronto City Council following the amalgamation of Toronto in 1998. As an alderman and councillor he represented wards centred on the Wilson Heights and Lawrence Manor neighbourhoods along Bathurst Street.
