Hu Binchen (Chinese: 胡彬郴, born December 1971) is a Chinese police official and politician currently serving as Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province. He also serves as Head and Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, Chief Inspector, and Deputy Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission.
