Hu Changsheng (Chinese: 胡昌升; pinyin: Hú Chāngshēng; born December 1963) is a Chinese politician currently serving as Party Secretary of Gansu and Chairman of the People's Congress of Gansu Province. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in January 1986, and entered the workforce in July of that same year. He is an alternate member of the 19th CCP Central Committee.
