Huang Haikun (Chinese: 黄海昆, born in January 1965 in Guigang, Guangxi) is a Chinese politician. He presently holds the positions of vice chairman and Chinese Communist Party Deputy Committee Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), as well as president of the Fujian Law Society.
