Hugo Ernesto Osorio Chávez (born 1970) is a Salvadoran serial killer. Nicknamed "The Psychopath of Chalchuapa" (Spanish: El Psicópata de Chalchuapa), he was convicted of murdering 14 people, whom he had buried in his home.
