Hugo Weckx (9 January 1935 – 23 October 2024) was a Belgian lawyer and politician of Christian Democratic and Flemish (CD&V). He was an important figure in the Flemish Government in the 1980s and 90s, serving as Minister of Education [nl] and Minister of Culture [nl]. He was also a member of the Chamber of Representatives and the Senate. Weckx died on 23 October 2024, at the age of 89.
