Idupuganti Bhooshana Rao (6 January 1914 – 3 May 1976) was a leading figure in forensic medicine in India. He was the Founder-President of the Indian Academy of Forensic Medicine established in 1972. He was born in Dornakal, Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana), India.
