Ireneusz Roszkowski (24 March 1910 – 21 April 1996) was a Polish nobleman, professor, founder of modern Polish gynaecology and obstetrics, a humanist, precursor of prenatal medicine, a friend to midwives. He was one of the most distinguished gynecologists of the 20th century.
