Mexican Singer Irma Serrano was born Irma Consuelo Cielo Serrano Castro on 9th December, 1933 in Comitán de Domínguez, Chiapas, Mexico and passed away on 1st Mar 2023 Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, México aged 89. She is most remembered for her trademark roaring style which earned her the nickname "La Tigresa de la Canción Ranchera", and for her hit songs such as "El puente roto", "Tierra mala", and "La Martina", which reached Billboard's Top Ten list for Mexico.
