Isaac Ochberg (1879–1938) was a South African philanthropist of Ukrainian-Jewish origin. Born in the Ukraine, he emigrated to South Africa in 1894. In 1921, he organized the relocation of approximately 200 Jewish orphans from the Soviet Union and Poland to South Africa, following the disruptions of World War I and pogroms in Eastern Europe. The children were placed in Jewish orphanages in Cape Town and Johannesburg with the support of the South African Jewish War Victims Fund.
