William Islwyn "Izzy" Davies (20 March 1912 – 1997) was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s. He played at representative level for Wales, and at club level for St. Helens and Warrington, as a wing or centre, i.e. number 2 or 5, or, 3 or 4.
