Rabbi Itzhak Yehoshua (born 1962 in Tel Aviv) is the Chief Rabbi of the Bukharian Jews in the United States and the president of the Bukharian Rabbinical Council of America. He graduated from a polytechnical school in the microcomputer specialization and programming. He served in the Israeli Defence Forces between 1981 and 1984. He graduated from the Rabbinical Seminary of Israel (1984–1988) receiving his rabbinic certificate.
