Jackie Vernold Shipp (born March 19, 1962) is an American football coach and former player. He currently serves as defensive line coach at the University of Nevada, Reno. Shipp also was the defensive line coach for the Oklahoma Sooners football team until his departure in the 2013 offseason. He had been on the Sooners' coaching staff since the arrival of Bob Stoops in 1999. He was the defensive line coach at Arizona State from 2013-2015, and was the defensive line coach at the University of Missouri for part of the 2016 season.
