Jacob Daniel Biamonte is an American physicist and theoretical computer scientist active in the fields of quantum information theory and quantum computing. He is a Professor in the University of Quebec system, specifically at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), and holds the Quebec Ministry (MEIE) Research Excellence Chair in Quantum Computing, awarded by the Government of Quebec.
