Jagtar Singh Hawara (born 16 May 1973) is a militant of Babbar Khalsa who was convicted as a conspirator in the assassination of 12th Chief Minister of Punjab, Beant Singh. He is serving life imprisonment at Tihar Jail, New Delhi.
