According to screengrabs of Ceasar's Twitter account shared by the U.K.'s Capital FM, the brunette began tweeting at Austin back in 2009.
"Oppps @jaketaustin is it bad that I wanna kiss you right now!?" Austin reportedly wrote in a May 2010 tweet. "Ughhh you're so freaking hot."
A photo also shows that Ceasar met the young star back in 2011 at what looks like a meet-and-greet.
