Jakub Aleksander Brzosko (born September 26, 1978) of the TKN Tatra Team is a Polish ski mountaineer. As a member of the national team, he placed tenth in the relay event of the 2004 World Championship of Ski Mountaineering, together with Grzegorz Bargiel, Maciej Ziarko and Adam Gomola. In 2003 he won the Polish Cup.
