Jalal Pejman (Persian: جلال پژمان, Jalāl Pizhmān; born June 1922 in Shiraz - died 2010) was a Lieutenant-general in the Imperial Army and the last head of the fourth department of the General Staff and a participant in the Supreme Council of Army Commanders, who issued a declaration of neutrality that led to the collapse of the Pahlavi dynasty in Iran. He signed on February 11, 1979. After the victory of the Revolution, he was arrested and imprisoned by the revolutionaries, but was not executed and was later released.
