James Mitchell Johnston (born c.) is a singer from Wingham, New South Wales. He was a part of StarStruck, an annual youth talent event presented by the Hunter-Central Coast School Region, for seven years running. Johnston was a finalist in the 2009 series of Australian Idol, placing third. He prefers the acoustic/men/rock style of music and his biggest influences are Jack Johnson and John Mayer.
