James Koncilja is a prominent businessman and lawyer for Pueblo, Colorado. James Koncilja was named to the state Executive Clemency Advisory Board by Gov. Bill Ritter. He and his brother Joseph Koncilja own several properties in Pueblo, including and possibly the most notable Pueblo Union Depot. He is currently the owner of 15 historic buildings within the Union Avenue Historic Commercial District. In 2007 The Koncilja siblings helped organize the State Fair Express. a train ride from Denver to Pueblo on a steam engine to promote attendance to the Colorado State Fair.
