James R. Langevin (; born April 22, 1964) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Rhode Island's 2nd congressional district since 2001. A member of the Democratic Party, he is the first quadriplegic to serve in Congress; Langevin was appointed to be the first quadriplegic Speaker pro tempore of the U.S. House of Representatives in 2019.
