JANET BECCHER GETS DIVORCE
Janet Beecher secured a divorce from Harry R. Guggenheimer in the Supreme Court last week. Justice Tompkins signed the decree and It was filed in the Westchester County Clerk's office.
The decree awards her $2,600 per year alimony and permits her
to resume her maiden name. In addition, Guggenheimer will not be allowed
to marry again in this State while she lives. Guggenheimer, whose father was the
late Randolph Guggenheimer. the first president of the Borough of Manhattan, was married
to Miss
Beecher on July 3, 1913.
