Jean-Pierre Cherid (November 20, 1940 in Algiers – March 19, 1984 in Biarritz, France ) was a far right French activist and later mercenary of Moroccan descent. A former French paratrooper, he first became a member of the Organisation armée secrète (OAS) during the Algerian War (1954–1962).
