JeanPierre Kocher, (American, born Swiss) is an architect and façade engineer based in New York City. He is reputed for designing curtain walls for hi-rise buildings, skyscrapers and specialties construction. His grandfather, Henri Dubuis (1906-2003) was a renowned architect in Switzerland having worked under Le Corbusier in the late 30s before establishing his own practice. His great grandfather, Emil Theodor Kocher (1841-1917) is the noted surgeon and Nobel laureate.
