Jeffrey Raymond McCloy (1949 – 27 June 2025) was an Australian property developer who served as the Lord Mayor of Newcastle between 2012 and 2014. Before entering politics, he ran his own construction company, which built Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. In 2008, he won the Hunter Business Chamber 2008 Businessperson of the Year, and in 2009 he won the City of Newcastle Medal.
