Ingwer (Jens) Matzen (22 October 1914 in Morsum, district of Niebüll – 29 February 1980 in Flensburg) was a German naval officer and Schnellboot commander and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (German: Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes) in World War II. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
