Her outdoors personal best set in 2025 is 20.47 m, which is a Dutch record, and her indoors personal best is 20.69 m. She is two-time medalist at the World Athletics Indoor Championships, and was a bronze medalist at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. She is a two-time gold medalist at the European Athletics Championships (outdoor) and also won gold at the 2025 European Athletics Indoors Championships.
