Jesus Crispin "Boying" Catibayan Remulla (born March 31, 1961) is a Filipino politician serving as the representative of Cavite's 7th district since 2019, previously holding the position from 2010 to 2013. He is also concurrently the Senior Deputy Majority Leader. He served as the provincial governor of Cavite from 2016 to 2019 and was the representative of the province's 3rd district from 2004 to 2010. He is also a radio host for "Executive Session" on DZRH News Television.
