Jiang Wei (Chinese: 姜伟; born March 1957) is a Chinese jurist and politician who currently serves as Vice President of the Supreme People's Court and Director of the Fourth Circuit Court. He is also Vice Chair of the Advisory Committee of the Supreme People's Court, and President of the Cyber and Information Law Research Association of the China Law Society. Before entering the national judicial system, he spent many years in legal academia at Renmin University of China.
