James Barker (born August 25, 1956) is a football operations consultant and assistant coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He has also served as a head coach and general manager for the Calgary Stampeders and Toronto Argonauts. He is a four-time Grey Cup champion having won twice as an assistant coach and twice as a football administrator.
