James Gordon Carr PC OM (October 11, 1951 – December 12, 2022) was a Canadian politician, journalist, and professional oboist. A member of the Liberal Party, he was the member of Parliament (MP) for Winnipeg South Centre from 2015 until his death. He served as a Minister without Portfolio in the Cabinet of Justin Trudeau from 2018 until late 2021.
