Jim Evans (born July 12, 1948) is a retired American businessman, teacher, U.S. Army veteran, and candidate for the United States House of Representatives' 7th Congressional district in Missouri, having run in 2012 and again for the 2014 U.S. Congressional elections, as the Democratic nominee in both elections. He also challenged incumbent Representative Billy Long in the Republican Party primary in 2018.
