According to one of the biographies it is found that the two of them came in contact with each other in the year 1965 at the nightclub of Gazzari that is located on the Sunset Strip.
Pamela Courson was studying arts at Los Angeles City College, when they met. Cosmic mate was the term which Morrison used for her and dedicated his poetry books and songs like Love Street to her. Both of them were not very loyal to each other and the relation cannot be regarded as very genuine one.
Morrison was unfaithful enough to enter into a marriage with Patricia Kennealy that took place at the Wiccan in the year 1970 without any legal formalities.
