Jing Fusheng (born in 1952, Chinese: 荆福生), originally from Xiguo Town, Meng County, Henan Province, was born in Fuding, Fuzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province (now Ningde Region). He was a politician of the People's Republic of China, serving as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Minister of Publicity. He was later sentenced to life imprisonment for bribery.
