Jiří Šitler (born 22 December 1964) is a Czech diplomat and historian, and has been Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Stockholm since February 2016. Šitler has also been Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Romania (November 2010 – January 2015) and to the Kingdom of Thailand, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Lao PDR and the Union of Myanmar/Burma (May 2001 – December 2006).
