her attorney, Jerry Giesler, announces that she will seek a Reno divorce. She is to get a percentage of Haymes` gross income as alimony, and Haymes has agreed to pay $800 a month for support of their children. Haymes plans to marry Nora Eddington Flynn after she divorces Errol.
